2 single beds at the back ( bunk ). Top one fold in and bottom one can convert into 2 seats.

2 single in the front that convert into a king size that can sleep 2-3 people.

Shower, toilet, kitchen

Bought it as a project but realized I don't have the time to be doing it up.

Needs some work as follows:

Back window cracked. It is not taking water but it doesn't look nice with the tape ( size 150cmx61cm )

Needs few bits: cooker, heating, battery, gas cilynder
Body work not great but expected for a 20 year old caravan.
Needs a goid once over.
Ammenities not tested as don't have battery or 13 pin socket on the car to hook up power.

Good parts:

No water leaks and no mould.
Floor was just after being stripped, reinforced and new laminate flooring put down.

Have all the doors from the cupboards and bathroom. Have them out as was planning to paint them but weather went bad. Can leave them off or screw them back, whatever you want, only takes 10-15 minutes.
Step not included.

Caravan is in Tyrellspass, Co. Westmeath. Local delivery possible after viewing it and paid for.
