1988 BMW e30 316i coupe

1.8 petrol carb
Nct out 09/22

I’ve had the car off the road the last 2/3 months doing some light reconditioning such as;
New rocker cover gasket
Sump gasket
Vacuum lines
Fuel lines
Rear brake lines
Front pads
Rad hose and flush
Thermostat
Diff and gearbox fluid
Engine oil and filter
Air filter
New middle and rear section of exhaust
New wiper motor
New Plugs and leads
New steering donut

Bad points:
I finished the car recently and took it out to find the brakes are soft, I suspect it to be brake booster/ master cylinder

rear boot pocket on the right looks as if it’s starting to go from light rust

The battery tray could do with being replaced but I have wire wheeled it down and treated what I could
Under the window has a bubble in the usual spot from drains
The sunroof works perfect but has a light bit of surface on the inside along the drains

The car has rust in the usual spots but overall is a solid car
Driver side wing was replaced but rattle canned so not an amazing paint job

Needs Heater blower

Unfortunately I’ve got too busy with work and other projects that I don’t have time to finish but I’ve got it to the point where I feel it’s a running and driving project.
