The Luxo Barge is no longer needed. So the time has come to sell her.

2002 Merc E200 Kompressor Estate 7 Seater
Appreciating classic I’m sure of it especially in wagon and Avantgarde spec.

Thought it was black when buying her but the Colour is to be described as Dark Purple/Blue very similar to the Mk3 Mystic Blue that my Anni is.

Bonnet ornament still intact despite living its best life in Tallaght the last few months and travelling 274,000km during its existence.

Usual Avantgarde spec with Grey Leather, 2 Keys, Air-Con, Cruise Control, Power Folding Mirrors, Head-light Washer Watergun System, 6 Disc-CD Changer (complete with Andrea Bocelli’s greatest hits which will be left in place for the new owner fear not.)

The best part of the car and the reason I bought it is of course the two rear facing seats in the boot which are intact as shown.

Typical of Mercs of this vintage it has a few sore spots on the arches and one strange one on the roof but it drives well and more than served its purpose as a stop gap to me. If I had the space I’d be keeping her no doubt about it.

Currently not taxed but is tested until the 31st of December.

Ideal beater for someone who wants to take their show pony off the road for the winter.

Open to reasonable offers but she’s a lot of car for little money. Give me a shout and see.
