Scooter starter sticks sometimes but still starting ok and will need key ignition for next mot. Parts are cheap

Full v5 lots of old mots and paper work.
One complete tyre and weel for front to be put on have it here
New battery 2 days old with relay
Starter is £17.50 on eBay
Plastics not great here and there.
