In the last 4 months this car has had a full engine and gearbox service, engine carbon clean, 3 new tyres, air flow meter, EGR valve, MAP sensor, CT sensor and lower arms.
I was driving to my mechanics to get two ball joints and a drop link fitted for MOT prep when it just cut out. There was no warning lights, no loud bang, no thud, just complete shut down.
I am at the stage where I am putting no more money into this car. I cannot tell you what is wrong with it as I simply don’t know, however what I can tell you is it is not a timing issue as I have checked that, along with the obvious battery and alternator.
The car will need towed or trailered away. I really do not want to have to break this car as it is a bit of a one of, I would very much like to see this go to somebody who can repair, I’d likely be daft enough to give you a profit at it once repaired as I do love the big bus.
The price is £500, firm. I can and will break the car if needs be into double that amount.
The car was driving perfect until what happened, happened, smooth auto box and plenty of power in the engine and great spec being auto and 4 wheel drive.
