Here we have for sale a Paris conversion Classic beetle. The beetle is a 72 model with flat windscreen.

Going by the paperwork, the conversion was done in 1994 and going by the mot's the mileage is genuine at 95757. There is a folder of paperwork along with the car.
It was been waxoyled underneath.

The heater channels are in good order and the previous owner changed 1 of the floorpans. Overall the car does appear to be good and solid, it's not rotten like many out there.

I presume it was kept in a garage with a cover over it since the conversion as there are wearmarks on the roof where the cover would have rubbed and with it's condition.

The car is only for sale due to lack of space and lack of use.

It recently received a new carb and runs well.

It has led front lights and smoked tail lights though the originals will be included in the sale. It also comes with a reversing camera and dash cam which are built into the reversing mirror. It also has a bluetooth stereo, montney wooden steering wheel and is fitted with an immobiliser.

The bodywork on the beetle is in very good condition considering it's age, there is the odd mark here and there with any chips etc touched up. There is a small mark on the drivers door as well as the rear drivers arch has a little dimpling, a dent repair guy could probably leave near so you really wouldnt notice it. The roof has had a repair about 3" just above the drivers door and also shows wear, it holds water, still looks the part and fully useable as you can see in the images.

The throttle pedal seems to be very slightly sticky sometimes when coming up to idle but frees up when clutch is released, it should free up with use.
The logbook states it is a 1600 but it has a 1300 engine fitted. The car is missing 1 of the wheel spinners though can be picked up on ebay for very little. The horn also need wired in, it comes with an an arrogah one or you can fit a standard one, I just never got around to doing it. Priced 2 go
