Up for sale is my Volvo with the absolutely bulletproof 5 cylinder turbo diesel. I've owned this car a good while now and it's been absolutely perfect. Only reason for selling is because I've acquired another Volvo S60 but with the petrol T5 engine, so I've no need for this Diesel one anymore.

It has 2 previous owners. It has done 270000km which for these cars is absolutely nothing. Being a facelift, it has the TF-80SC 6 speed auto, which are bulletproof gearboxes. My father is a well known Gearbox technician, and he gave it the thumbs up when purchased with no faults found. Since then I have serviced the gearbox every 10000km.

In the past month, the car has had a full service (including gearbox oil and filter), 2 new tyres on the front (rears are nearly new) and a new fuel filter housing. During my ownership, I've not had a single issue with the car and it's an absolute pleasure to drive, being super comfortable and with effortless power, but can still return 50mpg+ on a long run.

Only issues with the car are one of the engine mounts has gone, causing a small vibration when idling. It goes away as soon as the revs go up when driving etc, and I have the new mount in the boot, but to be honest it isn't that noticeable so I haven't bothered fitting it. The bodywork does have some marks and dings as to be expected for it's age and mileage, but no rust. Other than that, it's A1 and drives really well.

It will make a perfect winter cruiser for anyone starting to tuck away their pride and joy until spring.
