For Sale is my 1998 enthusiast owned original Irish Toyota Land Cruiser 3.0D 7-Seater. Just passed its NCT and is now valid until February 2023. Taxed until the end of April. First registered in Ireland on the 17th of November 1998 in County Cork. I have owned the Jeep for a year and can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It has had 7 owners from new. Within my ownership it has undergone some work to include New Track rod ends, new ball joints, brand new tyres, fully refurbished original Alloy wheels with new chrome wheel nuts. New rear window weather strips. The original Steering wheel has also been refurbished along with the original Gear knob. New Radio aerial and electric Window master switch. The Jeep has also undergone a full service with the timing belt also replaced. The Gearbox oil, Differential and transfer Box oils have also been changed. The Jeep is also fully undersealed to further future proof its Life. Recently purchased fitted rubber mats and rubber boot liner (hard to obtain) at significant cost.
Throughout its life, this particular Land Cruiser has been very well looked after and doesn’t seem to have been abused or farmed. Current mileage is 158,000 miles which is not excessive for these bullet proof engines which are capable in excess of half a million miles. The interior is extremely clean and presentable. The exterior paintwork is showing its age and would benefit from a respray if the new owner wished to do so.
Overall, it is a very honest, respectable Jeep which is now ready for its new owner. Anyone who has owned one of these Jeeps will always remark of their reliability. They are very rare in this format now and this one hopefully will bring its new owner many years of joy. Only reason for sale is a new project requiring funds.
