Just had new discs and pads all round for nct
Hand brake stoped working the day before the test I got it plugged into a OBD reader the brakes can be turned on and off by computer
The fault says it’s a shorted wire
No time or money to fix
I cannot insure it without nct

The car is not mint has few marks and dents trying to be as honest as I can
