Help Needed

I'm after changing gearbox in this from 5 speed manual to 6 speed.

But the new prop I have is 3 inches too short and the old one is too long plus carrier bearing is fucked.

Need to have it ready for wedding on Friday, so if anyone has any advice or ideas to get it running.

If it lasts for an hour be grand and a lifetime even better.


Engine and box out of a 540i factory manual if that helps
